Orders are dispatched from the UK within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. Contact us immediately if your order does not arrive within the stated time period.

Some items will be shipped directly from the designers; you will receive an email confirming this. As all our designers are based in EU, the delivery time is slightly longer and will take an extra 2-3 working days to reach you.

Ordering from outside UK – Please note that some items sent overseas may be liable to import fees or custom charges – please check with your local authority what is allowed and what are the charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges.

Packaging – we care about the environment and are passionate keeping packaging materials to the minimum. We always try to re-use the boxes and other packaging materials.


If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your products, then we will accept returns within 14 calendar days from receiving your items. We ask that you email us if you do feel you’d like to send your order back. For any refunds the products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

We cannot cover return postage costs. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please obtain proof of postage from your post office.

In the unlikely event that you receive broken or damaged goods, we require you to photograph the damage and send us an email. We hope this is never the case but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue offering you a full refund or exchange.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 – 7 days, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
Postage costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund it will have the postage costs deducted.
